Shipping Has Started!

Merry Christmas Everyone!
My apologies for the small delay. I was finalizing all of the shipping details and making sure everything was set. If you have any questions about tracking, I tried to answer them below. If I did not cover your question, please don't hesitate to message me.
I hope you all enjoy your holiday and you receive your Krakens with great joy :)
Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?
I will be collecting tracking numbers and putting them into BackerKit. Once they are placed into your survey, you will receive a tracking notification.
Why is it taking so long for my package to arrive?
Please allow at least 2 weeks from the time you receive the tracking notification before you contact me regarding any lost reward package.
Remember, customs can delay delivery at anytime, so I usually give it 2 months before deciding to reship a lost package. Also, there is nothing I can do to speed up delivery or find out where a package is in transit any better than you can. If you package has taken longer than two weeks to get to you, please be patient.
The tracking system is not always reliable
A lot of times, a postal carrier might forget to scan a barcode, which causes the tracking to become useless. This happens many times from the very beginning and your tracking will say, “Label created, awaiting carrier pickup”. And, it stays like this for the duration, never being updated. You don’t have to worry, your package has been shipped, but unfortunately you can’t track it. Believe me, this happens a lot.
Please don’t leave a comment about shipping issues, damages or missing packages and expect your issue to be worked on. You will need to message me before I can start working on your issue.

Production Finishing Soon!

Production will be completing soon, within the next couple of weeks. I am currently getting everything ready for fulfillment.
Fulfillment should be 2 weeks from the time the production has completed. I will send out another message when it starts.
Finish Your Surveys!
In the meantime, I need you all to finish up your surveys if you have not done so already. I will be finalizing the surveys in the next 48 hrs. After that, all surveys will be locked. You will not be able to change your address once the 48 hrs are up.
Credit Cards will be Charged
After the 48 hours, I will be charging credit cards for all of the backers who have added on additional items or were dropped from the Kickstarter campaign. Be sure the credit card you used for the addition are up to date and will not cause you to lose out on your rewards or add-ons. For those who did not add to their rewards through BackerKit and have filled out your survey, you are all set to go.

Kickstarter Funds In/BackerKit Surveys going out

Hey everyone!
The Kickstarter funds are in the bank and the BackerKit Surveys will be coming to you shortly. You should be getting your surveys today or tomorrow sometime.
For the 34 backers that were dropped from the project, no worries, you will still have the chance to recover your pledges. That is the beauty of using BackerKit after Kickstarter.
BackerKit Surveys/Add-ons
This is where you are able to officially add to your pledges and fill in your shipping address. Many have wondered about their add-ons and how you will be able to be sure to get them. No fear! BackerKit is here.
In order to start production and to ship your Rewards, a few things need to happen.
- First, Kickstarter has transfer over the funds on Monday so I can get your rewards made.
- Second I have to find out where I need to ship the pledges. I will be sending the BackerKit surveys out to collect this information in the next couple of days. It is important that when you receive the survey, you get it back to me as quickly as you can.
You do not need to make a login and password to fill out your survey, just fill it out and you’re all good to go! If you want to go back to review your info, just click on the link in your email again or input your email into our project page for another survey link.
If you prefer, you can just message me your info, but I STRONGLY SUGGEST using BackerKit as you will have the opportunity to add ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS on to your current pledge and help me make the shipping process SEAMLESS! This will help out this project tremendously, and help me get your rewards out to you quicker!
If you used Facebook to login to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account. If you have another email you prefer it to be sent to, please message us.
Errored and dropped pledges
It is common for a few backers' pledges to fail to collect at the project's deadline.
Any pledge that did not get fixed within the 7 days that Kickstarter allotted has been "dropped." If the Kickstarter process reveals any fraudulent activity, these pledges will also become "dropped".
No worries, you will get a chance to recover your Kickstarter pledge.
